Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every prompt, input, generation, API token, and account used with KinoAPI. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use KinoAPI to create, request, transform, distribute, or facilitate:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or erotic content;
• child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, or any exploitative content involving minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, face swaps, deepfakes, or manipulation of a real person without consent;
• graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, credible threats, terrorism, or instructions intended to cause physical harm;
• hate, harassment, bullying, dehumanization, or targeted abuse;
• fraud, impersonation, phishing, unlawful surveillance, deceptive political content, or other illegal activity;
• content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
• attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation, rate limits, billing controls, or account restrictions.

2. Prompt screening and enforcement

Every text prompt submitted to an image or video generation model is screened before generation. A prompt that is denied or flagged is blocked. If the safety service is unavailable, generation is temporarily blocked rather than allowed without screening.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API tokens, preserve relevant safety records, or report serious illegal activity when necessary. Attempts to evade moderation are themselves prohibited.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your prompts, generated content, downstream use, and the actions of anyone using your API tokens. You must obtain all necessary rights and consent and comply with applicable laws and model-provider policies.

4. Reporting and questions

Report suspected abuse or ask policy questions at info@kino-api.com. We aim to respond to customer and safety inquiries within three business days.
